The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) of Ukraine has selected a new auctioneer and is currently negotiating with US-based Boathouse Auctions for the sale of the 92.5-metre Royal Romance.
Netherlands-based Troostwijk Auctions was previously voted as the responsible auction house but has informed ARMA that it refuses to continue negotiations. The reasons given are confidential and not subject to disclosure.
